Friday July 24th, 7:00 PM is Dinner for 8 at Jan's.
One of our generous volunteers is hosting this benefit dinner on Friday July 24th at 7:00 PM at her home near Monaco and Mississippi. She will provide the main meal, while the guests will bring the side dishes and a $10 donation for ARAS. Please contact Eva at ekeleti@aol.com if you are interested in attending. Volunteer at the Taste of Colorado ARAS benefit beer booth! We will need 28 volunteers during the Labor Day weekend. Please let Eva know (preferably ASAP, but no later than August 1st) if you can help either Saturday September 5th or Monday September 7th (Labor Day). Volunteers are usually needed for 4 hour shifts between 10:30 AM and 10 PM. You must be over the age of 21 to volunteer at this event. We are in need of volunteers to join the Kitten Care Brigade! If you are available in the mornings 8:00-11:30, we can use your help cleaning and socializing in the kitten room. The kittens need you, and so do we! Respond via the ARAS email (arascolorado@netscape.net) when we can look forward to you being here. We would like to have all shifts covered by July 1st, however, if you want to start sooner, we are happy to have you! We have opened a booth at the Colorado Antique Gallery at 5501 South Broadway, Littleton, Colorado 303-794-8100. Hours are Mon – Sat 10 – 6, Sunday, 12 – 6. Please shop and help support the shelter. Donations are needed and welcome, they must be taken to the shelter as they need to be marked and priced for us to get credit for the sale. ARAS is in great need of monetary donations to continue serving Colorado's abandoned, abused, neglected and homeless cats and kittens. Donations may be made online through Network for Good.
